Thanks to your support

With the support of the G&G Pélisson Foundation, Marie Sigrist who is currently a doctoral candidate at Institut Paul Bocuse, is preparing a thesis on the topic of the culinary practices of couples and parents in transnational and family contexts in France and Brazil.

Institut Paul Bocuse intends to be a centre for the promotion and transmission of the French culinary heritage, as well as being an international reference thanks to the contribution of students coming from the 4 corners of the world, its partner schools and internationally dimensioned programmes of study.
