Marie Sigrist, a doctoral student at the Institut Paul Bocuse Research Center, defended her thesis on culinary practices in the transnational and family context in France and Brazil, a thesis co-financed by the G&G Pélisson Foundation.
She received the congratulations of the jury and is now an anthropologist.
Institut Paul Bocuse intends to be a centre for the promotion and transmission of the French culinary heritage, as well as being an international reference thanks to the contribution of students coming from the 4 corners of the world, its partner schools and internationally dimensioned programmes of study.
