With 55 nationalities represented on campus, Institut Paul Bocuse prepares future international managers who will share the values and principles of the French art de vivre.
The G&G Pélisson Foundation supports the school in its international ambition to attract talent from across the globe for employment in the hospitality, food service and culinary arts sectors.
- We ensure the award of 2 academic scholarships over a 3-year period for overseas students enrolled at Institut Paul Bocuse
- We fund international research projects
“The Observatory for Food and Culinary Cultures” collects and publishes knowledge in collaboration with the 21 international school and university members of the Alliance by Institut Paul Bocuse network.
“Gastronomy and Cultural Identities” aims to observe, understand and promote culinary cultures in a globalised context.

With the support of the G&G Pélisson Foundation, Marie Sigrist who is currently a doctoral candidate at Institut Paul Bocuse, is preparing a thesis on the topic of the culinary practices of couples and parents in transnational and family contexts in France and Brazil.
Institut Paul Bocuse intends to be a centre for the promotion and transmission of the French culinary heritage, as well as being an international reference thanks to the contribution of students coming from the 4 corners of the world, its partner schools and internationally dimensioned programmes of study.
