A historic day for the Paul Bocuse Institute! 

Following the French glorious victory at the Bocuse d’Or 2021 during the SIRHA in Lyon, Laurent WAUQUIEZ announced the creation of an Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Center of Excellence for gastronomy and food trades. The purpose is to allow French professionals from various sectors to prepare in the most adequate conditions for international competitions. This Center of Excellence will be built in partnership with the Institut Paul Bocuse, located in Ecully (69), and the Groisy Campus in Haute-Savoie (74).

The G&G Pélisson Foundation for the Paul Bocuse Institute witnessed this declaration.

We are delighted to support the Institut Paul Bocuse in its model made to convey the skills and knowledge to younger generations. This Clairefontaine of gastronomy will be dedicated to preparing youthful talents for national and international competitions by providing them with the excellentest infrastructure.
