The G&G Pélisson Foundation

In what are unprecedented times for all of us, students and their families have been affected by deep psychological and economic upheavals. We therefore need to develop the drive that will enable us to continue to respond to the formidable aspirations of these young people who are so passionate about the hospitality, food service and culinary arts professions.

Listening and understanding

Offering our domestic and overseas students opportunities to be heard and understood is the priority for Institut Paul Bocuse.  It is a way to help them get through this difficult period and continue to give them a taste for hard work and the desire to improve.

Ever since the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis, while the vast majority have remained committed and motivated, other students have been left vulnerable. Numerous initiatives have been taken by the teaching staff and the Campus team to offer relief:

  • set times for listening and discussion,
  • psychological support,
  • well-being and sports activities at a distance,
  • repatriation assistance…

Together with the Foundation, the school is committed to addressing this unusual situation, in particular through offering psychological and financial support.
