We support Institut Paul Bocuse’s “New Campus” project, launched on 8 October 2019 when the “foundation stone” of its future Hospitality and Food Service Centre was laid.

Assisted by the Metropolitan Region, the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Regional Authority and the City of Lyon, the Foundation is contributing €800,000 to the preparations for the reconstruction of the “la Roseraie” château, which is to house the hospitality and food service centre, representing a total investment of €25 million. This extension to the campus should make it possible to accommodate an additional 250 students by 2022.

This new venue intended for our Hospitality and Food Service training programmes will include a 250-seat auditorium, 20 classrooms, student meeting areas plus administrative and teaching facilities.


Integrated into the new campus, the area devoted to creativity and entrepreneurship opened last September. As an event training venue, it enables students to develop their creativity and entrepreneurial skills, particularly through the development of innovative catering concepts working in teams.
