Founded by Paul Bocuse in 1990 and headed since 1998 by Gérard Pélisson the co-founder of Groupe Accor, Institut Paul Bocuse is the custodian of a French know-how, cultural heritage and hospitality at the highest standards of excellence.
We endeavour to pass on our values as well as our technical and managerial expertise of the hospitality, food service and culinary arts professions to prepare young talented generations from across the globe for the challenges of tomorrow.
Institut Paul Bocuse trains more than 1,200 students each year, representing 60 nationalities studying on 10 international campuses. Students benefit from a unique educational philosophy, which from the very beginning has been based on innovative learning approaches along with personal tutoring to focus on creativity, skills development and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset in our future talents.
