When I heard about the “New Campus” project I jumped at the opportunity to sponsor a seat. Institut Paul Bocuse rhymes with modernity in a continually developing sector. The School successfully meets the expectations of students and their future career plans. I am honoured to be able to contribute to this work in my own way.
It was during an open day that I discovered the Institut Paul Bocuse (which used to be called ‘The School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality’) that I fell in love with professionally. I spent some important years of my life there, during which I met a number of outstanding students, some of whom became my best friends. Thanks to the teachers, the structure, the values and the Management team, I’m now able to pursue my chosen career path. I would like to express my gratitude to Hervé Fleury, Eléonore Vial and Etienne Boissy who, at the 2000 graduation ceremony, had just the right words to offer us: “Congratulations. You’ve worked hard to obtain this splendid qualification. You’re going to be able to put a frame around it. This certificate is the first gateway into the world of work. You’re not going to be a hotel manager when you leave here. It will be a long road, but your training, your determination and your commitment will enable you to reach your goal”.
