By supporting the G&G Pélisson Foundation, the triple Michelin-starred chef Arnaud Lallement’s aim is to directly help the students at Institut Paul Bocuse.


I wanted to support the G&G Pélisson Foundation for Institut Paul Bocuse because, in my opinion, it is an important school for French gastronomy that bears the evocative name of Paul Bocuse. 

We should all pull together to do our utmost for this great Institute. Students from all over the world dream of coming to learn in France; and thanks to Institut Paul Bocuse, they can make their dream come true. So, let’s support them to ensure they keep on dreaming!
